Catalogues
Catalogues are available upon request at a charge of $25.00. This fee is offset with 2 free prints of your choice on your first order. Price includes shipping on prepaid catalogues only. C.O.D. charges apply.

Terms & Credit
C.O.D or prepayment only on first time orders. Net 30 day terms available on approved credit. Call for credit a credit application. Past due accounts subject to 1.5% monthly interest (18% annual) rate. A $15 handling charge will be applied to all returned checks. All major credit cards are accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process credit applications.
Damages
Claims for replacement of transit-damaged products must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Claims not reported within this time frame cannot be guaranteed a full credit. We ask if there is any visible damage upon arrival that you simply refuse the package and notify us immediately so we can send you replacements.

Size and Color Disclaimer
Every attempt has been made to make colors and dimensions in the catalogue and on the website as accurate as possible, however, since sizes may change and variances may occur, we do not recommend and cannot be responsible for pre-cut frames, mats or glass.
Backorders
Backorders will not be billed until the date of shipment. Prints will be shipped free of charge via UPS Ground. Please note: free shipping does not apply to International or volume orders (50 or more prints).
